Photography FAQs

Yes, security deposits are required ($50) unless the booking is a mini-shoot or the price was discussed prior. This security payment will go towards the final photography booking price, which also accounts for photo editing time and any travel fees photography may incur.

This is for holds on dates, no-shows, tardiness, etc.

Please provide a 24-48 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your photography booking. This ensures that we can accommodate your needs, especially regarding photo editing time and any applicable travel fees for photography.


WILL MY PHOTOS BE USED ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS?

I do intend on using client's photos on my social media account to further promote my business and showcase my talents. However, since these are your photos, there will be an option on the release form regarding your preferences. This will include whether or not you would like your photos shared on my social media accounts, especially since they may highlight my photography booking services. Additionally, please note that any travel fees in photography will also be considered when planning our session, ensuring that we make the most of the photo editing time afterward.


DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes, if the location is 30+ minutes from my residency, I will be requesting a $45 travel fee to cover the photography booking. For travel times exceeding 60 minutes, there will be an $80 fee. Anything over 70+ minutes will need to be further discussed, especially considering the photo editing time involved.


HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT TO GET OUR FULL GALLERY OF IMAGES?

The photo editing time for your images can take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on the number of pictures desired and any extras like books or wall photos. Additionally, if you are considering photography booking that involves travel fees photography, this may also impact the overall timeline.


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

Booking in advance for photography is always great, with two weeks being ideal. While I can accommodate clients for a short notice shoot, the more time I have, the better prepared I can be, allowing for ample photo editing time. Additionally, this approach helps in managing any potential travel fees for photography more effectively.


HOW DO I BOOK A SHOOT?

First

1. Go to the 'Contact' page to discuss your photography booking. 


2. Fill in the information, making sure to include any specific details about your photo editing time and any travel fees photography may incur. 


3. Click 'submit' and you are done!
